How does the tuning process work?

After contacting us we will set up an appointment with you to schedule your vehicle in, at a location which is convenient for you.

When we meet, your vehicle will be checked if it requires a ECU update from Toyota. After the update, if required, the initial tune will be applied to your vehicle. You then take your truck for a test drive and can ask for the throttle response to be made less or more aggressive.

Depending on the vehicle, the tune will take about 500km to fully settle in. In that time your vehicle re-learns shift points if it has an automatic transmission. If in any case you feel like you want some changes to the tune to customize it more to your liking, let us know and we will be happy to make any adjustments needed.
